Fotor

Fotor is vastly becoming one of my favorite online/app photo editors.  This is a great tool where users can upload a image and then edit it w/ an abundance of different tools, effects, etc.  Also, a person can create their own digital card through a wide variety of templates as well as beautiful looking collage.  This is a very powerful and user friendly site for all your photo editing needs.
